ALS Olympics Update

Hello, all contestants in the cross-country obstacle course have left Valley view Mall and are headed into downtown Roanoke of the Greenway. But three contestants were disqualified at the ball. One contestant could not get off the commode in Macy's because it was too low even though it was in the handicap restroom. A second contestant could not make it up the ramp outside JCPenney and his power wheelchair tipped over backwards and he got a minor concussion. A third contestant lost is battery while trying to get over the curb outside a Wal-Mart store since there was no curb cut in the vicinity.
