August 11th Song: "Into the Night" by Santana
Hello, I went today with my aid, granddaughter, her friend, and George and to see the movie G.I. Joe. I would rate the movie as only an average, the plot was predictable and the special effects overwhelm the story. But my granddaughter and her friend, Ian, thought it was great. I was in my power wheelchair and was able to watch the movie in relative comfort although the theater was cold. When we first set down to watch the movie, George went out to get a drink and when he came back he was talking to a woman in the same row as us. The woman asked George (a year younger than me) if I was his son and had I been injured in an accident. George said I had ALS but wasn't his son.Again since it's late sending out the song I've selected one by Santana entitled Into the Night.
